Thigh engageable part of each stocking has relatively narrow strip extending from stocking upper end and covering only upper part of user's opposite thigh. Strip is extending in diagonal line across substantial portion of related hipbone. When stockings are put on, they form V-shaped intersection zone. Diagonal strips are intersected in abdominal region and do not embrace user's waist. Stockings are convenient for wearing, do not apply substantial pressure upon body parts, retaining force is proportionally distributed, and stockings do not require auxiliary things and accessories.

SUBSTANCE: dumpling apparatus has frying tank containing circulating liquid, heater mounted in frying tank and connected to supporting frame, and dough meter for dosed dispensing of dough into liquid placed in frying tank. Temperature regulating device is connected to heater. Apparatus is further equipped with liquid circulating device, dumpling feeding mechanism and control device. Frying tank is divided by screen into passages communicated at leading end and at tail end of frying tank. Liquid circulating device provides for surface annular circulation of liquid. Control device is based on reduction motor. Dumpling feeding mechanism may include dumpling overturning blade, dumpling discharge blade and barrier plates. Dumpling apparatus may be equipped with safety system enabling starting at one of two different temperatures. Such construction increases operational safety of dumpling apparatus and prevents liquid from overheating in case of operator's error.

Loudspeaker sound exit side is oriented in direction opposite rear part of ear insert. Supply cable is connected to lower end of earphone body and adapted for supplying of electric current to loudspeaker. According to other version, earphone has body including front part arranged between tragus and antitragus of outer ear. Earphone body has hollow acoustic chamber and plurality of acoustic apertures distributed over earphone front part surface. Loudspeaker is fixed inside hollow acoustic chamber of earphone body. Loudspeaker has sound exit side faced toward rear part of earphone body and rear side faced to front part of earphone body. Sound exit side of loudspeaker is oriented in direction opposite front part of earphone body. Supply cable is connected to lower end of earphone body and adapted for supplying of electric current to loudspeaker. Earphone of such construction protects user from conductive hearing loss and, accordingly, prevents loudspeaker acoustic waves from indirect transmission to tympanic membrane arranged in innermost part of ear tract.

FIELD: chemical industry; methods and the devices for production of the twisted porous product by extrusion.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the products of the indicated form with the high speed.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the spiral porous product by an extrusion. The method of production provides, that the twisted porous product is coming out of the hole of the extrusive nozzle in the state of the ductile melt and then is cooled up to the phase of transition into the vitreous state. To the extruded product apply the resisting strength behind the point of its transition into the vitreous state till such a product is in the external chamber. The cross-sectional dimensions of the chamber meet the cross-sectional dimensions of the coil of the porous product. The device for realization of the method includes the extrusive nozzle, the connected to it external chamber and the tool for applying the resisting strength to the flow of the product, which is coming out of the nozzle. Application of the resisting strength to the flow of the product behind the point of its transition into the vitreous state forces the product to be twisted inside the external chamber. The invention also presents the versions of the method for production of the porous product of the spiral form and the porous sinusoidal product. The invention ensures production of the product of the indicated form with the high speed.

EFFECT: production of similar-shape pieces of extruded helical porous product due to fine regulation of pitch of helix of extruded helical product.

SUBSTANCE: invention is realized due to using pneumatic system for applying regulated pressure to gate unit and due to using drive unit for applying to gate unit almost constant pressure. In variant of invention pair of tubes inserted one to other and communicated with gate unit and with air pressure source may apply almost constant pressure to proximal or distal end of gate unit. According to next variant of invention it is possible to use linear drive unit for applying to gate almost constant pressure. Such pressure allows more accurately control helix pitch of extruded helical porous product.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING HELICAL POROUS PRODUCT BY EXTRUSION PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE SAME

FIELD: process and equipment for producing similar-shape helical porous piece products of one continuous initial piece.

EFFECT: possibility for producing large number of similar-shape pieces of extruded helical porous product from one continuous initial piece.

SUBSTANCE: method is realized due to using cutter for cutting extruded porous product at passing through said product while the last is in state of plastic melt. According to invention tube is used for simplifying process of producing extruded helical porous product. Between said tube and die of extruder gap is created in order to provide access of cutter to extruded product while it leaves hole of die. Access of cutter to extruded product in state of plastic melt is provided before cooling and solidification of said product. Cutter only notches extruded product but it does not cut it completely. That is why pieces of extruded product remain partially joined one to other during the whole process, namely at twisting them by helix in restricting tube. Gap also allows emitting of steam from extruded product being at outlet of die hole. Produced by extrusion notched product is divided by separate pieces at frying or baking.

Said foodstuff ingredient is used as component in mixture for foodstuff production. Mixture is heated to produce foodstuff. Method of present invention makes it possible to reduce acrylamide content in foodstuff by 99.9 % or more.
